When I am thinking about being an author, I am thinking about a specific idea: an author is able to rewrite the world...
As an artist, a writer can see the world not as it is but as it should be... When you write about something, you have to be inspired. But, to be inspired about a thing, we have to take time to learn how to watch it. That is a phenomenon called contemplation. We don't have to be afraid to contemplate things around us. For example, we could stop in front of a flower to contemplate all its colours, all its details. Did you know that every snowflake is different and unique? You will never find two similar snowflakes during winter... It is impossible!
But how is it possible?
Every thing on Earth, every natural thing, every natural phenomenon, is a Creation. Maybe God's creation or Nature's creation if we don't believe in God.
The whole world is a creation and we take part of it because we are part of this continuous evolution.
Shakespeare said that:
"All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts [...]"
(Shakespeare and Van Every, 1906)
We are all here for a specific reason, even if we don't believe it. But to understand our life's purpose, we have to live. As Eleanor Roosevelt said:
"The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer or richer experience."
(Roosevelt, 2018)
